Giltrap Group
John works for Giltrap Group, an automotive import, retail & rental business employing around
1,000 people across Aotearoa. John is currently responsible for capability (incl L&D and talent),

to reach their potential, optimise their wellbeing & be able to express themselves in a true &
authentic way at work.
