I have never been what you would call academic, and I didn’t have much self-belief when I was younger, however during my career I was fortunate to have met and worked with some amazing people who saw potential in me and supported me to develop and grow! So, through those experiences I found that my passion is people development and fostering growth. I get a huge sense of achievement helping people to unlock their potential and achieve their goals! As the head of learning and capability, I have a keen focus on designing and implementing tailored learning interventions, I am committed to fostering a culture of learning and capability development, where individuals thrive. Through effective and authentic leadership and dedication to supporting people capability, I strive to drive transformative change and elevate learning experiences within an organisation.
