Faith is current a Poutaki Kimi Kaimahi, Recruitment Manager at the Waipapa Taumata Rau, the University of Auckland. Her recruitment experience spans 14 years, starting in London on the good old UK OE, then back to Aotearoa where she has been at the University for 10 years. Her current role has taken multiple shapes over the years, which has seen her lead high volume professional and academic recruitment, a high-touch professional search function, develop and grow internal recruitment, launch and oversee recruitment technology advances, and now more recently focusses on early talent programmes, DEI in recruitment, recruitment technology innovation and employer branding (all areas she is very passionate about). Faith is mother to an energetic and imaginative 3 year old daughter, meaning her hobbies currently include making food that goes uneaten, removing sand from clothing pockets and pretending to be a doggy.
