Performance Care: Unlocking human performance to build great companies

In today’s complex and changing work environment, wellbeing can be seen as a competing demand to add to a growing list of workplace priorities. For leaders, the struggle to balance performance demands with employee wellbeing can be overwhelming. This session will introduce Performance Care, an actionable framework that focuses on both performance and care, to ensure that organisations can meet their objectives, while fostering wellbeing. The result is the creation of conditions for optimal engagement and sustained performance. By integrating both performance and care, leaders can cultivate an environment where people thrive, and results follow.
