Doug Reid currently looks after the remuneration, human resources analytics, and HRIS functions at Genesis Energy. He has been with Genesis Energy for two and half years. During his time at Genesis, he has overseen the development of five-year systems and analytics roadmap, the introduction of a new employee listening strategy and supporting platform, new performance and talent management systems and process, and the introduction of sustainability metrics into the short term and long-term incentive plans. Before Genesis Energy, Doug worked with Air New Zealand for eight years where he managed remuneration, benefits, global mobility, and HR systems functions. Doug has also worked for Westpac New Zealand as their senior manager remuneration and spent nine years with KornFerry/HayGroup, consulting in New Zealand and throughout the Pacific and India in the areas of remuneration management, reward strategy and policy, organisation and job design, organisational diagnostics, climate and culture change, performance management, competency modelling, and leadership development.
