Anna Liumaihetau Darling is the general manager of people experience at Sharesies. With over 4 years at Sharesies, she has witnessed the company grow from a small relatively unknown investing app, to a wealth development platform operating in both New Zealand and Australia. Anna brings 15 years of HR experience from both NZ and the UK and is a huge believer of designing experiences with people at the centre. The name ‘People Experience’ reflects a core belief of Anna's that if people are committing a significant part of their week to work, it should be an enjoyable, supportive experience. Anna also spent five years in women's rugby development and is passionate about creating opportunities for those who might not typically have access.
