Sarah Phillips has over 15 years' experience in human resources across both the UK and New Zealand and is currently the chief people officer at Watercare Services Ltd. Watercare has been through significant periods of industry change over recent years, however under her leadership, Sarah and her team continue to ensure Watercare remains a place where their diverse workforce are engaged, can learn and grow, and are empowered to thrive whilst delivering lifeline water and wastewater services for Tāmaki Makaurau.
